Refund policy

1.) For any inquiries about workmanship or defects, please feel free to reach out to returns returns@phantomledz.com. Please contact our customer service department for returns. Remember to briefly describe the issue and provide supporting pictures and/or videos when submitting your request. Don't forget to include a copy of the sales receipt and your full name and address.
2.) Just to let you know, we won't be able to accept any returns for products that are returned after 30 days from the date you received them unless you have gotten the go-ahead from our company in writing beforehand.
3.) Credit will be unequivocally denied if the product is found to be used, installed, unboxed, or lacking its original packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.) No returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed for custom and/or special orders. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5.) The customer bears full responsibility for all costs associated with return shipping. Retaining a record of your tracking number as proof of your return is essential, and we highly recommend doing so. This is not just a suggestion but a critical step for your own records.
International Shipping:
International shipments may require an additional shipping fee to be collected. We are not responsible for delays in shipment or charges, duties, additional fees, or any issues related to other countries' customs regulations. The customer is liable if a package is lost due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at the time of purchase.
*If a package is lost despite the correct shipping information, Phantom Ledz will submit a claim with the shipper before processing a replacement order.
We kindly request a grace period of 10 days to allow sufficient time for the package to be returned to our facility by the carrier or to potentially be re-routed or re-delivered to the original address in the event of an erroneous delivery.
*Claims for missing or incomplete shipments are required to be submitted within a timeframe of 30 days from the original order date. We kindly request that you promptly notify us if any items are found to be missing from your order.
Refunds:
All refunds approved by Phantom Ledz will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price and will not include any freight costs paid by Phantom Ledz for shipping the product to the customer. Please note that in certain instances, refunds may not cover the full purchase price if the product is being returned for reasons other than being defective. A restocking fee may apply if the customer incorrectly orders the product or changes their mind. Phantom Ledz will determine the amount charged, which may be as high as 20%, in addition to the original shipping fees incurred when the product was sent to the customer.

Warranty:

Limited Warranty:
Phantom Ledz provides a warranty stating that the product being sold herein when properly maintained and operated under standard conditions, shall be devoid of any defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless specifically indicated otherwise.
OFF-ROAD USAGE:
LED lights for ATV vehicles are engineered explicitly for accent lighting, considering the environmental and riding conditions. However, they come with a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt, which is somewhat limited. It's important to know that any damage inflicted on the LEDs by debris is not covered under this warranty - it only covers product failure.
We are readily available to assist you if you encounter any issues with a faulty product or have warranty concerns. We kindly request that you contact us via email at returns@phantomledz.com. In your correspondence, please explain the issue at hand, attach clear images illustrating the defect, and include your contact number for further communication if required.
Please be informed that warranty approval or refunds may not be granted if the product defect is due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling on the part of the customer. Additionally, it's important to note that labor costs might not be included in claim settlements.
Phantom Ledz is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages that may occur.
Phantom Ledz's liability is confined to replacing the purchased item(s).
Please ensure that you comply with all local laws and regulations regarding motor vehicle lighting and illumination. Laws can vary significantly at the federal, state, local, and municipal levels, so it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all regulations in your jurisdiction.
Phantom Ledz will not be held responsible for your usage of any and all Phantom Ledz products.
